Further Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Additionally featured in this recent image drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying different areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.

Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
